What should you spend your class points on in Outriders?
Of course, in an RPG like Outriders, it all comes down to design. No two players will be able to deal with this game in the same way. That’s the beauty of RPGs. The possibilities are endless.
In Outriders, each class has three branches that players can explore. They focus on weapon damage, survivability, and power anomalies. This is what separates the different styles of play.
There are also four different classes of Outriders to choose from. They are the Devastator, the Pyromancer, the Technomancer and the Trickster. Players can spend points in a class once earned and reset at any time.
Devastator focuses on close combat. This class of Outriders brings features that focus on health and armor. Therefore Warden’s subsidiary should be the first choice. Being too close in combat means getting too many hits. The Warden sub has many upgrades for armor, health and resistance.
The Pyromancer is of course a class that controls fire. It can be used to attack or heal Outriders players. The storm branch should be in focus because it builds on the character’s abilities to anomalous and healing power.
The Technomancer class is a long range support class. The Technomancer has a wide range of healing abilities and lethal means. The Pestilence subsidiary has incredible improvements in weapons and damage. This will help the Technomancer fight from a distance.
Finally there is the Trickster class. This Outriders class is for close-up players, hit and run players. The Harbinger’s sub is similar to the Destroyer Warden’s sub. It focuses on armor, health and resistance. All of these things are important when you get up close and personal with your enemies.
