There are many services in the coffee world that deliver freshly roasted beans directly to your door, but options for tea consumers do not seem to be as popular. Well, if you enjoy trying new teas from around the world, there’s good news. Atlas, the brand behind one of our favorite coffees, has a new service: Atlas Tea Club.
If you’ve tried Atlas Coffee Club or any other coffee subscription box, you’ll recognize the format. But for those unfamiliar with the wonderful world of subscription services, after signing up for the Atlas Tea Club for just $15 per month, every four weeks you’ll receive a box of one-of-a-kind teas from around the world. World You can choose from a caffeinated tea or herbal tea plan and, depending on the plan you choose, you’ll get a new tea delivered to your doorstep every month. The $15 plan gets you a loose-leaf tea bag that makes about 40 cups, although when we made it, we used more than the recommended 1 teaspoon per cup, so it It may not reach this mark. Atlas Tea Club has shipped tea from Sri Lanka, Kenya, Japan and many other countries in the past, but we feature Nepali tea in the boxes we receive. Our Caffeine Box featured a full-bodied black tea with notes of caramel, baked fruit and honey, alongside a floral white tea that tasted like vanilla, spring flowers and muscat.
The herbal box we received came from Guatemala and contained two soothing teas, one with licorice root, orange peel and cinnamon and the other with linden, chamomile and hibiscus flowers. We really like infusions, especially those full of flowers and flavor.
