League of Legends patch 11.18 official notes: Fizz adjustments, Dr. Mundo buffs, and new Pentakill skins

League of Legends patch 11.18 is shaping up to be quite a big one, as Riot looks to roll out a significant number of meta changes ahead of the 2021 Worlds Championship.

Champions like Fizz, Qiyana, and Lillia will get a lot of changes and adjustments to their kit this time around. While Soraka, Dr. Mundo, Kaisa, and Talia have achieved some important standards of living.

Additionally, when it comes to nerfs, Trundle, Renekton, and Aphelios will be on the list, and will be toned down in patch 11.18.
