The release date for the Sayu and Yoimiye banners has been leaked for quite some time now, but more casual players are wondering when it will be in Genshin Impact 2.0.
Yoimiya and Saya in Genshin Impact have an expected release date of August 10, 2021. The other parts associated with this leak are correct so far, so there’s no reason to doubt it, especially when you can see when Ayaken’s banner ends up in the game.
Yoimiya is a main 5-star character, while Sayu is only a 4-star character.
Yoimiya is a Pyro Bow user and Sayu is an Anemo Claymore user. The latter also has an interesting initial skill where one can move in the style of Sonic the Hedgehog.
Given that he is a 4-star user, it should be noted that Genshin Impact players will still be able to draw him in future banners. However, Yoimiya will probably be exclusive to this banner.
When is the banner release date for Genshin Impact 2.0: Sayu and Yoimiya?
Yoimiye and Sayua’s release date was leaked over a month ago, but it looks like it still holds. Ayac’s banner, The Herons’ Court, was actually launched on July 21, 2021. So it is logical that Yomiya and Save will also be released on the said date.

The image above also confirms that August 10, 2021 will be the release date of Yoimiye and Sayu. Near the bottom of Heron’s court, players can see how much time is left. Since this article was written on July 31, 2021, the remaining time shown above will include up to August 10, 2021.
No other Genshin Impact characters have been leaked for this date, so it’s unlikely miHoYo will push the curve at all. As it currently stands, August 10, 2021 is the most reasonable date Genshin Impact players can expect for Yoimiya and Sayua’s release date.
Daily and save banner
From now on, all Genshin Impact players can wait (assuming they want Yoimiya or Sayua). The other two 4-star characters for the daily banner have yet to be revealed, but the main reason will be him and Sai.
Given how close the banner is to date from the moment it was released, details about the missing 4-star characters are likely to emerge soon. Regardless, many Genshin Impact players are excited to see Yoimiya in action and can’t wait to take him out.
Also, those drawn to Yoimiya will probably get Sayu.
