There’s evidence that President Joe Biden isn’t the only US Democrat worried about how things work at the top.
When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi took to the podium for her weekly news conference on Thursday, she set off a series of inconsistencies that will confront Biden on his worst day yet.
And he cannot have much faith in the top leadership of the country.
According to a C-SPAN archive of the news conference, Pelosi was asked about a bill sponsored by Sens. Marco Rubio, Republican of Florida, and Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, that would punish China for various human rights abuses. has gone

It sounds like what they’re trying to say is that a bill in the House by Rep. Jim McGovern, Democrat of Massachusetts, is better — but seriously, that’s just speculation.
According to the C-SPAN archive, Pelosi first criticized former President Donald Trump (of course) as an “autocrat” with no regard for human rights.
Do you think Pelosi is mentally fit to serve in Congress?
“I am second to none in Congress in my criticism of China’s human rights record,” he said, before responding to his interactions with Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
For now, it’s just normal.
He then left the railroad, apparently mixing references to the EAGLE Act, with a bill passed in the House aimed at China, including the names of current and former members of Congress (including one who is now is dead) and there were different stages of brain freezing.
“We have a bill in the House. It’s the McGovern bill. It’s a stronger bill, eh, than, oh, the– it’s, it’s a bill that we can do freestanding or a bill that EAGLE It’s in the act, it’s part of the um, the, um, mr. – Committee on Foreign Affairs, Mr. Kendrick Max – No, Gregory Max’s bill. Kendrick – We’re all saddened by the loss of Kerry Mac this week, so I referred to his son.

For those keeping track at home, Pelosi was referring to former Rep. Carrie Mack, a Florida Democrat who died Sunday. As noted by her Associated Press, Mack’s son Kendrick followed his mother into politics and her seat in the House in 2010.
So while it’s understandable that Pelosi is considering losing a former colleague, Kendrick Mack left the House more than a decade ago. So that his name would come to her aged lips instead of Representative Gregory’s.
