5 Key Features of Ocelot in Minecraft
#5 – Base Defense

Ocelots can serve as a primary defense against some of the most annoying mobs in Minecraft.
Phantoms (bedrock edition only) and creepers (both editions) will not come close to Ocelot. If a player decides to build a base in a jungle biome, there is a chance that Ocelot will confidently defend his base when it matters most.
#4 – A reliable mechanic

Ocelot cannot be controlled by the player. They only have the ability to trust them.
Although they cannot be tamed, a reliable ocelot will not run away from a player as they usually do. Ocelots also won’t lose confidence if they aren’t too far away.

#3 – Fatal Cat

Ocelots like to prey on the weak. They will stalk and eventually kill turtles and chickens.
Players who like to raise turtles and chickens should make sure they don’t have an ocelot.
#2 – Falling Damage

Ocelots are completely immune to fall damage. However, that doesn’t mean they’ll jump off any cliff. Their AI will continue to dodge long drops as if to do damage.
This is useful information to know if a player and Ocelot are ever put into a dire situation.
